The generation of green hydrogen is achieved by electrolysis using renewable energy rather than\u00a0producing it from natural gas, which results in large amounts of CO2 emissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For our hydrogen electrolyzer system, we focus on PEM technology taking its name from the proton exchange membrane. The membrane\u2019s special property is that it is permeable to protons but not to gases such as hydrogen or oxygen.
